As the avid surfer we know you are, maintaining the integrity of your wetsuit is a must. However, holes, tears and rips occur from time to time. At Deeply we promote conscious and sustainable consumption. Nature is what drives us, and the experiences we support. Therefore, preserving it is at the fore front of what we do.
Did you know that we offer wetsuit repair services? We aim to help you repair, not reject your wetsuits in order to reduce waste and our carbon footprint.
You can repair your wetsuit in five easy steps:
- Contact our customer support here.
- Open a ticket and share fotos of your wetsuit and explain your concern.
- We will analyse the situation internally. If a repair is possible and the suitable solution, we will contact you directly.
- If we are able to repair your suit, we will send you a shipping label and a repair form.
- We will analyse the wetsuit physically and inform you about the next steps.
PS: please rinse and dry your wetsuit before sending it to us. We already have enough soggy and dry wetsuits of our own.
