LEGAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE "(Im)Perfect Waves" GIVEAWAY
1. Organizer
The organizer of this giveaway is DEEPLY S.L.U. (hereinafter, "DEEPLY"), a Spanish company with registered office in Seville, in collaboration with @tomasvalente.
2. Participation Requirements
To participate in the giveaway, entrants must meet the following requirements:
- Follow @deeply_europe and @tomasvalente on Instagram.
- Comment on the giveaway post, mentioning one friend (without repeating the same mention).
- Leave a like on the giveaway post.
- Share the giveaway post on your Instagram stories. If your profile is private, send a screenshot of your shared story via direct message to @deeply_europe.
There is no limit to the number of comments, and the more friends you mention, the more entries you will have for a chance to win.
3. Name of the Contest
The name of the contest is "GIVEAWAY (Im)Perfect Waves."
4. Contest Period
The contest will be open from 16:00 CEST on Tuesday, September 10, 2024 to 21:00 CEST on Wednesday, September 11, 2024.
5. Prize
The winner will receive:
- 2 Deeply wetsuits
- 4 days with Topo Tens
- A full stack of Corona Beers and Go Chill Coffee
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for its cash value or any other product or service.
6. Eligible Participants
- Must be a real person.
- Must meet all the conditions mentioned in section 2 of these legal terms.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
7. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected randomly from among all participants who meet the participation requirements, using a random draw system.
The draw will take place on Thursday, September 12, 2024. If the winner rejects the prize, a new draw will be conducted among the remaining participants. This process will be repeated up to five times until a winner is confirmed.
8. Communication of Results
The name of the winner will be announced on the Instagram account @deeply_europe, and the winner will be notified via private message on Instagram. The winner will have 3 working days from the date of contact to claim or reject the prize. If the winner does not respond, DEEPLY reserves the right not to select an alternative winner.
9. Prize Claim and Delivery
Upon notification, the winner must provide their full name and email address to coordinate the prize delivery, which will take place within 10 days after receiving the necessary information. The winner should verify the prize upon receipt to ensure its correctness.
DEEPLY reserves the right to verify the identity of the winner to ensure that the conditions of clause 6 have been met.
10. Liability Disclaimer
DEEPLY will not be responsible for any technical issues that prevent participants from entering the giveaway or any other problems not attributable to the company's fault or willful misconduct.
By participating, all individuals fully accept these legal terms and DEEPLY's Privacy Policy regarding personal data.
11. Intellectual and Industrial Property
The participant authorizes DEEPLY to publish, reproduce, and share the winner's Instagram profile picture in connection with the promotion of the giveaway, exclusively for display on the social network.
